2.1. Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery times are 15-18 business days from the date of order.

4.2. Customs Clearance: Luxxaro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Customers should contact their local customs office for more information about applicable fees.

5. Shipping Carriers and Methods

5.1. Carrier Partnerships: We work with trusted shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services to ensure reliable delivery.
5.2. Shipping Methods: Depending on your location and selected shipping method, your package may be delivered by an international courier or transferred to your local postal service for final delivery.
5.3. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are not currently available. We are working to provide faster delivery options in the future.

6. Packaging and Handling

6.1. Secure Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are given extra protection with bubble wrap or other cushioning materials.
6.2. Eco-Friendly Practices: Wherever possible, we use sustainable and recyclable packaging materials to reduce environmental impact.

7. Delivery and Receipt of Order

7.1. Delivery Attempts: If the delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, the carrier will leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
7.2. Delivery to Safe Location: If the customer is unavailable, the carrier may leave the package at a safe location or with a neighbor.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1. Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@luxxaro.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
8.2. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage along with an unpacking video for verification.
8.3. Resolution for Issues: For verified claims of lost or damaged packages, we may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

9. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

9.1. Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, incorrect address details, or failure to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
9.2. Return-to-Sender Policy: Unclaimed packages or those returned to us by the carrier will not be eligible for refunds but may qualify for reshipment at the customer’s expense.

10. Changes to Shipping Information

10.1. Address Changes: Changes to the shipping address can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, changes cannot be accommodated.
